以下に、経緯と対応についてお知らせ致します。
【経緯】
令和6年7月17日（水）夜間に職員が1名発熱、翌日医療機関に受診しコロナウイルス陽性が確認されました。
7月20日（土）に2階の入所者様1名に発熱があり抗原検査により陽性が確認され、感染対応をとり経過観察としました。
7月21日（月）に新たに1名、翌23日（火）に2名、24日（水）1名の陽性者（入所者）が確認されております。（現在5名）
感染拡大傾向にあることから、感染管理を強化して現在対応をしております。
【対応】
利用者様にご理解ご協力を頂きながら、一部業務を縮小して対応致します。
2階の利用者様
・ゾーニングの実施（行動範囲の制限）
・食堂での食事サービス提供中止（居室で召し上がっていただきます）
・使い捨て食器使用、入浴の中止（更衣、清拭対応）、
・面会を一時中止＊施設から要請のある場合を除く など
1階の利用者様
・1階の方はガラス越し面会（予約制）
・入浴の中止（更衣、清拭対応）
【共通事項】
・各種訪問調査対応、定期受診、新規入退所の一時的な調整、不要不急の外出、外泊の禁止 など
・お電話でのご連絡は緊急の場合を除き、午前9時～午後5時までの間にお願い致します。
・何かございましたら当施設スタッフより、個別に連絡をさせていただきますので、ご安心ください。
ご家族の皆様をはじめ、関係者の皆様には大変な心配とご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、関係機関と連携し一刻も早い感染収束に向け、スタッフ一同対応して参ります。
