新規デイケア利用をご検討中の方へ
現在当施設デイケア（通所リハ）に、多くのお問い合わせを頂いておりますが、その中で『気軽に利用体験が初めにできれば良いのにね～』との声をいただき、新規利用者様、利用体験を企画致しました。
〇主な体験内容
▶施設見学／案内を始め集団体操体験・リハビリの説明・介護相談 etc.
〇対応可能な営業日
▶営業日（月～金）です。土日、祝日は申し訳ございませんが対応できません。
〇体験できる時間帯
▶1⃣火・金は、午前（①10:00～11：30か②10：00～12：30）
②の場合は希望によりご本人のみ昼食（有料）提供できます。
＊付き添いの方へは提供できません。
▶2⃣月・水・木は、午後（③13：30～15：00）
ご希望される方は、予め日時をデイケア（通所リハ）担当までお知らせ下さい。
必要な事項等を確認させて頂き、ご利用可能な日程時間帯等を調整を致します。
原則：利用体験は昼食（有料）を希望された方以外は、無料です。
ご不明な点があれば、平日9：30～17：00の間に担当までお問い合わせ下さい。
