令和5年10月25日（水）　甲府記念日ホテルにて『第26回山梨県介護老人保健施設大会』が開催され、当施設からもスタッフが参加しました。

コロナで参集型の開催が見送られた大会でしたが、4年ぶりの大会です。

山梨県内の老健施設から、日頃の各施設での取組事例等参考になる演題が満載でした。

時代の変化スピードは激しいですが、ホームでも色々な事に取り組み、振り返り、より良い介護サービスを提供できる様にスタッフ一同頑張ります。

そう、この精神で『Asahi　Super　Try』

この度、当施設2階において発生した新型コロナウイルス感染症につきましては、感染対策を万全に行う中で10月16日以降陽性者は確認されておりません。（入所者様、スタッフに10月19日と昨日22日も抗原検査を実施）

保健所の専門的な判断を踏まえ、昨日10月22日をもちまして感染の収束と判断致します。

 

この状況を受けまして、以下の通り通常の対応を再開致します。

【再開をさせていただく主な対応】

・新規入所・退所を再開致します。

・縮小業務の解除（使い捨て食器対応、入浴の再開、ゾーニング等）

【一部再開をさせていただく対応】

・面会につきましては、11月1日（水）より、窓越し面会を再開致します。

平日：月曜日から金曜日（土日祝日は出来ません）

時間：①13：45～14：00と②14：00～14：15のいづれか

申し込み方法：事前予約制、＊概ね面会を予定する2週間先まで、受付を致します。

事務室まで(平日のAM9：00～PM5：00の間）申し出下さい。

 

＊これからの冬季シーズンは、インフルエンザ等の感染症にも細心の注意を払い、当施設で安心して療養生活が送れる環境を整え、過去の経験を活かした感染症対策を行って参ります。

ご利用者様やご家族の皆様、ケアマネージャーの皆様、関係機関等の皆様には、ご心配とご迷惑をおかけしましたことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。又、スタッフへの励ましのお言葉、気遣いに対しまして感謝の気持ちをお伝え申し上げます。

令和5年10月3日（火）から16日（月）までの当施設のコロナ陽性者情報になります。

(2階居室にて感染管理をしています。1階入所者様には陽性者が確認されていません。)

現在、感染力が強く決して油断できる状況ではありませんが、保健所のアドバイスを受けながら入所者様にご理解とご協力を頂き、一部業務縮小、ゾーニング等感染管理を継続しています。

何か変化のある入所者様にはスタッフより、個別に連絡させていただきますのでご安心ください。

今後、利用者様の安心、安全を最優先し、感染の鈍化及び療養期間の見極めを行い、徐々にではありますが通常業務が再開できるよう感染管理徹底を継続しながら対応してまいりますので、皆様のご理解、ご協力をお願い致します。

以下に、経緯と対応についてご報告をいたします。

【経緯】

令和5年10月3日（火）朝に職員1名が体調不良の訴えあり、抗原検査にてコロナウイルス陽性が確認されました。

同日、全利用者様とスタッフに抗原検査を実施し、施設入所者様にコロナウイルス陽性（２階フロア10名）が確認されました。

【対応】

現在、感染管理を徹底し、スタッフ一同対応しております。

以下の対応を実施いたしますのでご確認いただき、引き続き皆様のご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

・新規入退・退所を一時中止致します。

・面会を当面中止致します。（施設から要請のある場合を除く）

・通常業務を一部縮小し対応を致します。（使い捨て食器対応、入浴の中止、ゾーニングなど）

・通所は別棟であり通常営業しますが、入浴サービスは提供できません。足湯を提供致します。

・お電話でのご連絡は緊急の場合を除き、午前９時～午後５時までの間にお願い致します。

・何かございましたら当施設スタッフより、個別に連絡させていただきますので、ご安心ください。

ご家族の皆様をはじめ、関係者の皆様には大変な心配とご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、保健所と連携し一刻も早い感染収束に向け、スタッフ一同対応して参ります。
