令和５年１０月１日（水）に、お口から長生プロジェクト　老年歯科医学総合研究所　主席研究員　研究代表　小宮山　一雄　氏、歯科医師　大越良夫　先生を当施設にお招きし、『命を救う口腔ケア、ワンランクアップのお口づくり』～訪問診療を通しての老健施設健康改善実例～と題して研修会がありました。

口腔ケア及びリハビリを行う目的

利用者さんを誤嚥性肺炎から守る。

最期まで口から食べる為の機能を維持する。

健康を維持増進する。

援助者として、口腔ケア時の姿勢、義歯注意点等を学びました。

口腔ケア誤飲に注意です。

坐位やベット上で行う時の注意点、寝たきりの方の口腔ケアを学びました。（実技）

まず、①汚れの位置を確認する。②傷や潰瘍などが無いか、変化が無い事を確認する。③ケアは奥から手前を意識する。④舌の上は無理に１回で取らない、⑥痰の多い場合は保湿、痰をふやかしている間に硬組織、痰の除去、最期に呼吸の確認（吸引）

歯科とリハビリ、口腔ケア、食事調整で健常な状態をできるだけ保つことで利用者様へのメリットは勿論、スタッフの負担軽減に繋がること。

精神的（食事が進まない、体重減少に対する心労）、肉体的な軽減（食事介助軽減、排泄介助、臭い軽減）が当たり前のことですが、再度学び直しました。

先生より、ガソリンのない車は走れない。

人間も栄養（エネルギー）がないと走れないし、走れと言われてもそもそも走れない。

リハビリも効果が上がらない。

食事・栄養面がとても大事。歯科医はただ口を治すのではなく、その方の『食べる』を見る。

食事を支える。との言葉が心に残りました。

関係スタッフとの十分な連携で、食に対する望みをどのように叶えていけるか。

『〇〇を食べさせたかった。』から『一時的にでも〇〇を食べることが出来てよかった』へ

食べたいものを食べられる幸せをそして、ご家族も幸せ、介護側、医療側も『命を救う口腔ケアの実践』一つ一つ、共有をしながら熱意をもって対応ができたらと思います。

伝統の桜エンブレム、約90年前は、『つぼみ、半開き、満開』だったとされる。

現在は『満開の桜エンブレム、ユニフォームの胸を飾る桜は何を語るのか、正々堂々と戦えるということである。敗れる場合には美しく敗れろということである。武士の魂を象徴する桜は、美しく咲く花にあるのではなくて美しく散るところにあることを知らなければならない』　頑張れ日本！！

 

団体スポーツで最多、15人の選手がグランドに立つ、それぞれに役割があり、🏈を前へパスしてはいけない等のルールがあるチームsports

我々の施設にもスタッフもそれぞれに役割がありルールのある中で、日々利用者様のケアをさせて頂いております。

ある利用者様から感動の試合をみて、『すごいね、倒されても、倒されても起き上がるじゃんね～怪我しんずらかね～リハビリをして家に帰れるように頑張らんとね。』との声が印象てきでした。

ノーサイド（試合終了のホイッスル）まで、全力で戦い、その後、両チームが健闘をたたえ合う。

勇気と感動、をありがとう。worldCup優勝を目指して頑張れ日本！！

コロナにインフルエンザ、感染症に負けないよう、日本代表に負けないよう『One　for　all，all　for　One』でスタッフ一同頑張るだワン🐾

令和5年9月27日（水）韮崎消防署より職員を派遣していただき、防災訓練を実施しました。

まず、【避難誘導訓練】施設にあるもの（寝具等）での移動方法、注意点を確認をし、実際に職員が体験しました。

担ぎ避難の方法を教えて頂きました。

利用者様に参加頂き、椅子避難方法を学びました。腰に負担がかかる方法をなるべく避け、安全に避難ができる方法を学びました。

女性2人では、ちょっと無理か？決して無理をしないこと。

階段での避難方法も学びました。

次に【通報訓練】、実際に119番通報を体験させて頂きました。

有事の際は、『まず落ち着いて』現状を通報することを学びました。

 

韮崎市消防署職員様には大変お忙しい中、御協力、対応ありがとうございました。

コロナ過で開催をやむを得ず見送る行事が多かったですが、久しぶりに消防署職員（プロ）の方達より当施設職員が直接指導を受けることができた貴重な機会でした。

災害はいつ起こるかわかりません。平時からの備え、チームワークが大切であることを改めて学びました。

9月20日（水）　あさひホームでは敬老の日メニューを提供しました。

お品書きと飾り付けは調理師の方が上手に作ってくれました。

天ぷらには旬のさつま芋、デサートでぶどうを提供しました。赤飯は山梨県で食べられている甘納豆入りの赤飯を提供しました。山梨から遠く離れた北海道、東北の一部でも食べられているようです。そのルーツは諸説あり、50年前の学校給食で、青森の人から聞いて甘納豆入れるようになったなどあるようです。

食事提供し、利用者様にお話しを聞くと「茶碗蒸しが美味しかった。」「どれも美味しかったよ、ありがとう。」とのお言葉をいただきました。

 

またメッセージカードを添えさせていただき、毎回大事にとっておいてくれる利用者様や車いすに吊るしてくれる利用者様がいるのでとても嬉しく思います。

これからも利用者様に美味しく召し上がっていただけるような食事を提供していきたいと思います。

改めて利用者の皆様いつまでもお元気でいて下さい。

令和5年8月23日（水）当施設で『待ちに待った夏祭りワクワク！笑　笑　笑』をテーマに入所者様とスタッフが楽しい時間を過ごしました。

まずは、準備から

露店開店準備（スタッフが手作り）をテキパキと進めます。

居酒屋、カフェ、綿菓子、ヨーヨーコーナー、輪投げ、ネイルサロン、吊るし巾着、手探りゲーム、カラオケ、etc.

 

ちなみに、昼食は厨房スタッフが愛情込めて『夏祭り特製弁当』を作ってくれました。

非日常、特別感満載の献立で美味しく頂きました。

 

いよいよ、夏祭りのスタートです。！！

もちろん、アイ、ラブ（介護スタッフ／リハビリ担当）もお祭り仕様で参加しました。

コロナ過で眠っていましたが、お祭りといえば、そう御神輿！！

作りの問題か？それとも担ぎ手の問題か？

来年は修復します。😄

手探りゲーム、結構○○なものが入っていました。

今日は、ちょっとだけ『ビール🍻もうまい！』（ノンアルですが・・・）

銘柄はやっぱりAsahi 😄

ネイルコーナーは女性にはもちろん、意外にも男性にも好評でした。

そして、やっぱり盆踊り

まだ、まだ沢山の名シーンをお載せしたいのですが、楽しい時間は過ぎるのが早いです。

ある利用者様が、涙を流され喜び、そして楽しんで頂いた姿にスタッフも感動しました。

本来ならば、ご家族様等にも参加して頂き楽しい一時を共有したかったのですが、コロナの感染防止に配慮し、皆様の健康と安全を最優先に考慮しての開催とさせて頂きました。ご理解賜りますようお願いします。

スタッフはコロナ過長らく止まった時間もあり、企画準備段階から試行錯誤の連続でしたが、盛大に開催できましたこと協力して下さったスタッフ、利用者様、関係者の皆様に感謝申し上げます。

Asahi　Super　Try『何事もやればできる！！』今よりもモットモット笑顔溢れる良い施設を目指して、スタッフ一同今後も頑張ります。
